Teaser Tuesday: To Darkness and To Death

Teaser Tuesday

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

  • Grab your current read
  • Open to a random page
  • Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
  • Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

To Darkness and to Death

The duct tape wasn’t coming off. She had tried stretching it, rubbing it against the edge of the door lintel, working her hands back and forth until her wrists were raw. Nothing.” (pg 53)

From To Darkness and To Death by Julia Spencer-Fleming.

Sounds scary. A whole series of good books is fun... I'll keep an eye out for this series.

I was wondering if you'd be interesting in doing a guest post on my blog. I'm doing an international series featuring a book blogger from a different country every week.

Here's the post announcing the event:
